4. E-mail

If you do not wish to receive information, by e-mail or other mail, from the EC site and other departments of the Company, please use the designated procedure (about which the Company will provide information separately) to request that your personal information be deleted.

5. Sharing of information, and providing of information to third parties

The Company may, only for the purposes of use indicated above, share the personal information it has acquired with the companies that make up the corporate group to which it belongs (hereinafter “the Company’s group”) and with third parties that the Company designates.

Apart from such sharing, the Company does not disclose personal information to third parties except in the cases indicated below.

(1) When the person in question has given his/her prior consent.
(2) When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the person in question or a third party.
(3) When there is a risk of a serious impediment to the proper execution of the operations of this website.

6. Control over contractors, etc.

For the purposes of use specified above under “Collection and use of personal information,” the Company may disclose personal information to business contractors that have entered into contracts that include clauses regarding confidentiality, etc.
On such occasions, the Company establishes uniform criteria for the selection of business contractors, screens the contractors on the basis of those criteria, and exercises appropriate control and supervision over the business contractors.

This policy and the Terms of Use may be revised by the Company from time to time, in which case the Company will post the revised version of this policy and/or the Terms of Use on the Web site.
Revised versions of this policy and/or the Terms of Use shall automatically become effective at the time that they are posted on the Web site.

9. Administrator of personal information

The Company has appointed an individual to be in charge of managing the handling of personal information, and sees to it that this administrator of personal information manages personal information in an appropriate manner.
